Recette de sauce aux canneberges | Les jardins de Laurent du vieux fermier

Dans une grande casserole à feu moyen, mélanger le jus d’orange et les deux sucres. Remuer jusqu’à dissolution.

Ajouter la cannelle, le gingembre (le cas échéant) et le zeste d’orange et bien mélanger. Ajouter 4 tasses de canneberges et remuer de temps en temps pendant 10 à 15 minutes jusqu’à ce que les canneberges commencent à éclater. Continuez la cuisson pendant une minute ou deux supplémentaires, puis retirez du feu.

Laisser la sauce refroidir et épaissir un peu avant de la mettre dans un contenant de conservation des aliments, puis réfrigérer.
