Recette Gâteau Au Fromage Aux Amandes | Les jardins de Laurent du vieux fermier

Préchauffer le four à 325 degrés F. Graisser une assiette à tarte de 10 pouces.

Dans un bol, battre le fromage à la crème jusqu'à ce qu'il soit léger et crémeux. Ajoutez les oeufs, un à la fois, en battant après chacun. Ajoutez 1 tasse de sucre et l'extrait d'amande. Battre pendant 5 minutes ou jusqu'à consistance lisse, épaisse et citronnée.

Verser dans une assiette préparée. Cuire au four pendant 50 minutes. Laisser refroidir sur une grille pendant 20 minutes.

Dans un bol, battre ensemble la crème sure, le reste du sucre et la vanille. Déposer par cuillerées sur le gâteau au fromage et étendre pour bien lisser. Cuire au four pendant 15 minutes de plus. Refroidissez, puis réfrigérez au moins 24 heures avant de couper.
